REFUND POLICY

At Mantra‑Head LLC (“the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please include proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Mantra@mantra-head.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, let us know when you request your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customer pays the shipping cost in the case of an exchange.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Clearance or final‑sale items

Personal use items (such as eye masks) that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Shipping Returns/Exchanges
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item) We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
