Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

If we cannot resolve the issue informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date, and continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
