1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
5. Risk of Loss
All items are shipped FOB origin, meaning ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier picks up the package.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, send a replacement.
